A Sacred Return
If you have been waiting for a container that is safe, one that honors the medicine, holds you with genuine care, and creates the space to go deep into your inner world, this is it.
This is an opportunity to go deep with the medicine itself, not just to experience it, but to sit with it fully, in right relationship, inside a space that has been thoughtfully and intentionally held for you.
We are gathering on the breathtaking Sacred Owl Land in Santa Cruz for a sacred psilocybin ceremony retreat held by a team of experienced, trauma-informed facilitators who bring decades of practice in medicine, trauma care, somatic healing, sound healing, and ceremonial work.
Real preparation before you arrive, deeply held ceremony throughout, sound healing woven into the experience, and real integration support after so that what arises in ceremony actually lands in your life.
Space is intentionally limited so this container stays intimate and every participant feels truly seen and supported.
Exhale: A 7-Day Breathwork Challenge
Starts August 1 Free
Join us for Exhale, a free 7-Day Breathwork Challenge starting August 1st, a self-paced journey designed to help you reconnect with your breath, release tension, and build a daily practice that actually sticks. Each day, a new prerecorded session unlocks and becomes yours to keep, so you can move through the week on your own schedule while still following a guided, intentional arc no pressure to keep up in real time, just steady progress one breath at a time.
From grounding, foundational techniques in the early days to deeper, more energizing practices as the week builds, each session layers on the last. By day 7, you'll have a full toolkit of breathwork techniques you can return to anytime and you'll walk away with a real feel for what a consistent, week long practice does for your mind and body.
Water Portal Retreat
The Water Portal is a living ceremony a sacred threshold where women gather to pour themselves, their prayers, and their waters into something greater than themselves.
Rooted in the wisdom of plant medicine and the ancient alchemy of water, this retreat weaves herb gathering, altar building, song, sound, and immersion into a single unfolding experience. It is a sweat lodge of the water a place to lay down what you carry and to emerge anew. Joy lives here too. So does laughter, wildness, and the particular magic that only arises when women come together in ceremony.
